Wow. I was surprised when I didnt have any soreness yesterday after Monday's strength training. Right afterwards on Monday I was a little sore,but that was gone when I awoke Tuesday morning. It had been so long since I did any strength training I forgot it takes about a day and a half for the soreness to rear its ugly head.
I woke up this morning and was like ouch and it took me a little longer to get out of bed. I am sore in areas I have never been sore. Definitely worked well.
Last night was supposed to be abs, but I didnt have a chance because we went to LifetTime Fitness and decided that we will be switching over from LA Fitness. It is a little bit more a month, but they have so many great features. The best part is that they have cycling and running clubs with group rides/runs several times a week.
Tonight will be my second strength training session. I will be using the Strength Training for Cycling article from NSCA.
