This Weeks Plans










Week 4 - Recovery
Monday Run - Fartlek 40 min with 6 30 second sprints
Tuesday Swim - 1,050 Main set 4*100 Base interval
Wednesday Bike - 50 Min 5* 1 min short hills (may just do spin class)
ThursdaySwim - 1,250 Main Set 4*150 Fartlek (50 Build 25 Descend)
Friday Off
Saturday Run - 40 min (Though I may go a little longer depending how I am feeling)
Sunday Brick - 1 hr ride + 10 min run (again may do a little more)
